Nightly Rates by Collection
Rates are per night in US dollars. Friday and Saturday nights are an additional $20; 13% sales and lodging tax is not included. Holiday rates may apply.

Our Policies

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. A valid photo ID and a valid credit card are required at check-in for the person staying with us.
Our resort facilities are reserved for registered guests. After the office closes for the evening, calls are answered by an automated attendant.
Who Can Stay: Adult Friendly & All Ages Seasons
High Noon is Adult Friendly (ages 12 and older) from October 1 through May 31, and welcomes guests of all ages from June 1 through September 30.
Occupancy & Additional Guests
Rates are based on the following occupancy and are subject to change based on resort availability:
- Guest Rooms — 2 guests
- Studios — 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children (Sea Foam Building Studios 29, 30, 37, 38 and 40: 3 guests)
- Sea Foam Suites — 4 guests (Suite 39: 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children)
- One-Bedroom Residences — 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children
- Two-Bedroom Residence 23 — 6 guests
- The Beach House — 6 guests
Each additional guest is $20 per day. We're not able to accommodate more than the maximum guests per room.
Minimum Stays, Weekends & Holidays
- Studios — 4-night minimum
- Sea Foam Suites — 4-night minimum
- Residences (one- and two-bedroom) — 5-night minimum
- The Beach House — one-week minimum
Friday and Saturday nights carry an additional $20 per night. Holidays, holiday weekends and special events require a 5-night minimum, and holiday rates may apply.
Deposits & Cancellation
A valid credit card guarantees your reservation. Confirming it requires a deposit of one night for stays of a week or less, and one night for each week of longer stays.
For a full refund (less a $30 processing fee), please let us know in writing at least 42 days before arrival. Cancellations and changes to reservations must be sent to info@highnoonresort.com.
Weather: refunds for early departures or no-shows due to weather are not available unless a hurricane has been officially reported for our area.
Parking
Parking is complimentary — one car per room, no exceptions. If you're arriving with more than one vehicle, please contact us before your stay.
Payment & Taxes
Rates are quoted per night in US dollars and do not include the 13% sales and lodging tax. A valid credit card is required at check-in.
Special requests: we'll always do our best, but we can't guarantee specific bed types, room locations, specific room numbers, or amenities.
Accessibility
Room 17 is our ADA-accessible guest room — ground floor, ocean view, king bed, with its own private patio. If you have accessibility needs or questions about any of our rooms or grounds, please call us at (800) 382-1265 before booking and we'll help you choose the right fit.
Service Animals & Pets
Service animals are welcome at High Noon. Pets, including emotional support and comfort animals, are not able to stay with us.
As a lodging facility, we follow the U.S. Department of Justice rules under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which define a service animal as a dog individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability. Under the ADA, emotional support, comfort and therapy animals are not service animals. A service animal may be asked to leave only if it is out of control and the handler does not take effective action, or if it is not housebroken.
Please note that Florida law (§413.08(9), Fla. Stat.) makes it a misdemeanor to misrepresent a pet as a service animal.
If you're traveling with a service animal, please complete the short Service Animal Agreement below so we can have everything ready for you.
Smoking
All of our rooms, balconies and patios are non-smoking. We have two outdoor designated smoking areas for guests who smoke:
- High Noon Building — the table under the blue umbrella by the grill area
- Sea Foam Building — the raised patio on the east side of the Pool House room
A $300 cleaning fee applies to rooms that have been smoked in. Questions? Just ask us in the office.
House Notes
- Reservations are limited to 3 rooms per family.
- We're an intimate resort and aren't able to host weddings, large groups or special events.
- To keep the grounds peaceful for everyone, please keep radios and speakers off in public areas.
- High Noon Beach Resort is privately owned. Management reserves the right to refuse service and is not responsible for accidents, injury, or the loss of money, jewelry or valuables.
